Shipping costs

We cover the shipping costs for every order within United Kingdom . All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity required.

Shipping your order

Have you found the perfect look on our website? Then you'll naturally want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That's why we make sure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Below you will find the average delivery times for all our packages:

  • Order cutoff time: 17:00 (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London), after this time we no longer process orders received on that day. For orders processed after cutoff time, one day gets added to the delivery time estimate.
  • Order handling time: 1 to 2 days, fulfilled Mon. to Fri. After this time the shipment for the order is delivered to the carrier company and ready for transit.
  • Transit time: 7 to 8 days, Delivered Mon. to Fri.

If you have placed an order with us, you can see when your package will arrive after just a few days. You will receive your personal tracking code by email, which you can use to track your order via our tracking partner. You can find out how this works on our Track & Trace page .

Delivery of your order

When your order is delivered, you can enjoy your order! Of course, something can always go wrong. Do you want to exchange or return it? Go to this  page .

Defective product?

That's a real shame! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product is damaged during transport. In this case, we always send a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot issue a refund. If it goes wrong the second time? Then we will refund you the full purchase price.

To order something

The ordering process at Tinywishers  is very simple. First, you have to go to the product page and add the desired product to the shopping cart. To do this, click on the "Add to cart" button.

Here it is important that you check that you have selected the correct variants. If everything is OK, click on the "Checkout" box. On the information page you must enter the correct address details. Please make sure that all details are correct. If this information is filled in correctly, you can click on the "Proceed to shipping" button

The "Shipping" page gives you the opportunity to double-check the address details you have entered. It also indicates that every shipment is sent completely free of charge. As a sign of our appreciation to our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can now proceed by clicking on the "Proceed to payment" box.

When it comes to payment options, you can choose between different payment methods. On Tinywishers all payment options are SSL encrypted, which means that you can always rely on a secure payment environment.

After choosing the correct payment method, you must click on the "Complete Order" box, after which you will be redirected to the payment method you have chosen. Follow the instructions on the relevant page to complete your order. In the unlikely event that you have any problems with your order, you can always contact us.

Package lost?

In case a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before proceeding with the refund and return. If the order is not received 60 days after shipment, the order can be refunded.
